 Hillsborough Community College Bookstore

Hillsborough Community College (HCC) Bookstores operate under established policies and procedures that insure the delivery of quality customer service, sound management principles and fiscal responsibility.  Included in this section is a complete and detailed procedure manual for your review.  These procedures and policies are markers that give direction and help guide the Bookstore through the daily operation.  Every business enterprise has a similar set of documents, but it is how they are written, interpreted and implemented that makes the difference in the delivery of services.

 

The HCC Bookstores has set as a priority to provide the highest levels of customer service, student friendly textbook pricing and refund policies, student textbook buyback program, hours of operation and commitment to the College community.  These six areas are the cornerstones that set the HCC Bookstore apart from other Bookstore operations.  This is not to say that other Bookstores do not strive to do the same, it is the HCC Bookstore contention that it does it better.
